The estate includes a main villa and guest annexes, all surrounded by a beautiful park with terraces and a solarium. Each room is equipped with every comfort, including independent heating, TV, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms with showers, and independent entrances. An additional third bed can be added upon request. The park is open to all guests.

Our residence is located near the beautiful Natural Park of Castelli Romani, close to charming towns south of Rome such as Castelgandolfo, Rocca di Papa, Nemi and Frascati. The city of Velletri is directly connected to Rome by railway and bus, with services every 20 minutes and a travel time of about 50 minutes. Moreover, our residence is only 20 minutes away by car from the stunning beaches of Anzio and Nettuno.
