Nestled in the greenery, just 2 km south of the city center, this residence sits atop a hill surrounded by typical vineyards and olive groves. The estate includes a main villa and guest annexes, all surrounded by a beautiful park. Each room is equipped with every comfort, including independent heating, TV, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms with showers, and independent entrances. An additional third bed can be added upon request.
The "Tourist Accommodation" type of accommodation does not include:
- breakfast (the annex has a fully equipped kitchen and guests can prepare their own meals);
- linens (although even if not provided, guests will still find towels and beds already made with sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. Linens, however, will not be changed).
Cleaning will only be done at the end of the stay.

Our residence is located near the beautiful Natural Park of Castelli Romani, close to charming towns south of Rome such as Castelgandolfo, Rocca di Papa, Nemi and Frascati. The city of Velletri is directly connected to Rome by railway and bus, with services every 20 minutes and a travel time of about 50 minutes. Moreover, our residence is only 20 minutes away by car from the stunning beaches of Anzio and Nettuno.
